• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
• ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE ENTRANT'S JURISDICTION.
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH FORM A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES LIMITS ANY RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED BY AGREEMENT.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Christmas in July ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older. The Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Hammer Media, LLC ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, the Sponsor, acting as administrator ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses) and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, the administration of the Sweepstakes, and the selection of the winner, which are final and binding in all respects, except as required otherwise by applicable law.
2. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Central Time on July 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 22, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's designated computer clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes using either or both of the two (2) methods set forth below. Quiz entry limited to (1) per day. Every entry, regardless of the method by which it was obtained, has an equal chance of winning.
a. Free Quiz Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://access.calebhammer.com/new-quiz-page(the "Website") and complete the Hammer Financial Score quiz. Each completed quiz results in one (1) entry. You may complete the quiz as many times as you wish; no more than once per day; each completion results in one (1) additional entry. No purchase, payment, account creation fee, or product interaction of any kind is required to take the quiz, and quiz performance does not affect entry or odds of winning. A free entrant may obtain, at no cost, the same maximum number of entries available to any purchasing entrant, using the Free Quiz Entry together with the free Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 3(c) below.
b. Entry with Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any qualifying course or other product offered during the Christmas in July sale online. Each distinct qualifying course or product purchased during the Sweepstakes Period results in one (1) entry, limited to one (1) entry per distinct course or product; repeat purchases of the same item do not earn additional entries. Because there are five (5) eligible courses, the maximum number of entries any person can obtain by purchase is five (5). Entry automatically applied at checkout. Purchasing does not increase your chances of winning. For every entry available by purchase, an equal entry is available free of charge under the Free Quiz Entry and the free Alternative Method of Entry in Section 3(c), so that an entrant who does not purchase can obtain the same maximum number of entries as an entrant who does.
c. Free Alternative Method of Entry (Bonus Entries): To obtain an entry without any purchase, during the Sweepstakes Period hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words "Christmas in July Sweepstakes" on a plain 3x5 card and mail it to the Sponsor address in Section 17, or complete the free online entry request form at [URL]. Each such request results in one (1) entry and is subject to the same limit of five (5) such entries that applies to purchase entries, so that a free entrant can obtain the same maximum number of entries as a purchasing entrant. Limit one (1) request per outer mailing envelope. Mail in requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) business days after it ends. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or postage due requests.
By entering, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may collect and process your personal information, and that your data may be accessible to Administrator for purposes of facilitating the Sweepstakes, as described in Section 14.
ENTRY CONDITIONS: Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated or mechanical means, and entries submitted by third parties or entry services, are void. Use of multiple or false identities, accounts, or email addresses, or any other fraudulent means of generating entries, may result in disqualification of all associated entries at Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, forged, false, late, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry, provided that person is eligible; a potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder.
4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about July 24, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner(s) from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
5. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION / PRIZE CLAIMING: The potential winner will be notified via email using the information associated with the potential winner's entry within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. Notification is deemed to have occurred upon the sending of the email. As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner will be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release (the "Declaration"), along with any tax documentation required by applicable law, within seven (7) days of the date of notification. Residents of Canada: before being declared a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return the Declaration within the required period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize will remain unawarded. A potential winner becomes the "winner" only after Sponsor verifies eligibility. If more bona fide claimants come forward than prizes available, the winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims, and inclusion in that drawing is each such entrant's sole remedy.
7. PRIZE / PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) Prize(s): a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Austin, Texas to meet and spend time with Caleb Hammer and the Hammer Media team. The prize consists of: (a) round trip economy class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest between a major commercial airport near the winner within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Austin, Texas, up to a maximum of $1,500 total for both travelers (approximately $750 per person); (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in one (1) room, double occupancy, up to a maximum of $1,000 total; (c) one (1) $400 gift card toward meals; and (d) a scheduled in person experience with Caleb Hammer and the team, the format, location, date, and duration of which are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and the experience must occur on the dates and itinerary determined by Sponsor, subject to availability; if the winner is unable to travel on the dates offered, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. The guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the winner's minor child accompanied by the winner where the winner is the parent or legal guardian, and the winner and guest must each sign the Declaration and travel, liability, and publicity releases required by Sponsor before travel. Any airfare or lodging cost above the stated maximums, and all meal or other costs beyond the $400 gift card, together with ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance, and any other expense not expressly stated, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Caleb Hammer's participation is subject to his availability; Sponsor may substitute a comparable experience with the Hammer Media team or a prize of equal or greater value if Caleb Hammer is unavailable for any reason. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,900 USD.
The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, and costs associated with prize receipt and use that are not expressly included, under the laws of the winner's jurisdiction. If the winner is a U.S. taxpayer and the prize ARV is $600 USD or more, the winner will be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the actual value of the prize. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any prize that is lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to incorrect or changed contact or delivery information.
8. GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants the Sweepstakes Parties and their designees the right to use and publish the winner's name, social handles, likeness, voice, biographical information, and country/region of residence for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later devised, worldwide, without additional notice, permission, or compensation beyond the awarding of the prize. In the event of a discrepancy between statements in any Sweepstakes materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. If Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Sweepstakes by an event beyond its reasonable control — including fire, flood, epidemic, natural disaster, labor dispute, communications or utility failure, civil disturbance, act of war or terrorism, or any law, regulation, or order of a government or court (each a "Force Majeure" event) — Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or prize. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond its control corrupt or interfere with its administration, integrity, security, or proper operation, or (b) disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other third party platform used to promote it, and each entrant releases those platforms from all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes.
9. CONDUCT: The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and to void all associated entries. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or garbled entries or emails; (b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information or faulty or failed data transmissions; (c) unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, interruption, or delay of any network, hardware, software, or service used in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the Website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person or property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure — the Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part; if terminated, the prize will be awarded from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to such action.
11. RELEASES: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and as a condition of participation, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, losses, and damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of the prize; (iii) claims relating to publicity or privacy rights in connection with permitted Advertising; or (iv) any typographical, human, or other error in the offering, selection, operation, or announcement of the Sweepstakes or prize. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or statutory consumer rights in jurisdictions (including the EU, UK, and Australia) where such rights cannot be waived.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and the parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, without giving effect to conflict of law rules, provided that entrants who are consumers retain the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) CLAIMS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00 USD); AND (C) ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved solely by binding individual arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. All claims shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding; the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. Entrant and Sponsor each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. If the class action waiver in the preceding sentence is found to be void or unenforceable, then the entire agreement to arbitrate shall be null and void as to the dispute in question, and that dispute shall instead be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Sponsor will pay the AAA administrative fees and the arbitrator's fees for any arbitration commenced in accordance with these Official Rules. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be seated in Travis County, Texas, and this arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
14. ENTRY INFORMATION AND PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes (including verification, winner notification, prize delivery, and legal compliance) and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://calebhammer.com/privacy-policy. Entry data may be shared with Administrator and service providers for these purposes. For entrants in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection laws, the legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (these Official Rules) / consent, international transfers will be protected by appropriate safeguards, and entrants have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access, correction, and deletion. In the event of a discrepancy between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules with respect to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control.
15. MISCELLANEOUS: If any provision of these Official Rules or the Declaration is held invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term. Headings are for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between disclosures in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules prevail.
16. WINNER LIST: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period to: 7801 N Lamar Blvd STE D103, Austin, TX 78752.
